Tuberculosis Screening

If you need to have annual TB Labs, we are offering a virtual waiting room at our Occupational Health Clinic in Westwood.

The virtual waiting room (available only during regular working hours) is called Qless – and you can “join the line” by using the QR code, by texting, or downloading the app.

UCLA Health employees must complete the TB screening process prior to their start of employment date and annually thereafter.

Please bring your Employee ID Badge with you, you will not be seen without your ID Badge.

TB Clinic Collection Instructions 

For TB tests done outside UCLA please print the lab report. The lab report must have your full name and DOB printed on it. Email completed questionnaire and lab report to OH in order to be cleared. The questionnaire can be downloaded from the Forms page.
